Why don't you offer phone support?
Simplistic Fishing is a one-person business — I'm the founder, researcher, support team, and SD card packer all rolled into one. Email and Messenger let me give you complete, accurate answers in the time it would take to play phone tag.
How fast will I hear back?
Within one business day, often the same day. If I'm out on the water mapping a new lake, it might take an extra few hours — but every message gets a personal reply from me, not a chatbot or canned response.
What if I have an urgent issue with my order?
Email me with "URGENT" in the subject line and a brief description of the problem. I check email throughout the day and prioritize order issues. For most situations, I can get you sorted within a few hours.
Can I request a lake that's not in the catalog?
Absolutely — that's one of the best things you can do. Use the Lake Request form above. I track every request and prioritize the lakes that get the most demand. The more anglers asking for a specific lake, the faster it moves up my list.
I haven't received my SD card / digital download.
Digital downloads are sent immediately after purchase. Check your spam folder for the delivery email. SD cards typically ship within 1-2 business days from Rockwall, TX. If something seems off, email me with your order number and I'll track it down personally.
