SIMPLISTIC FISHING — REFUND POLICY

If you're not satisfied with your Simplistic Fishing waypoints for any reason, you can return them for a full refund within 120 days of the original purchase date. No fine print, no restocking fees.

COVERAGE
This policy covers every Simplistic Fishing product — both physical SD cards and digital download files (.gpx/.kml). The 120-day window starts on the date your order is placed.

RETURNING PHYSICAL SD CARDS
1. Email tyler@simplisticfishing.com with your order number to let me know a return is on the way.
2. Pack the SD card securely in a padded envelope.
3. Ship to:

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Tracked shipping is recommended but not required.

RETURNING DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
For digital products, just email tyler@simplisticfishing.com with your order number and a request for a refund. No file return is needed — refunds are processed on the honor system.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 5 business days from when your return arrives (or your digital refund request is received) for processing. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED
- Returns received more than 120 days after the original purchase date
- Lost return shipments without tracking
